A woman called in complaining about a charge she didn't believe she had to pay and wanted the number she should call to complain. I told her she was calling it and asked for her info.
The charge she was calling about is one that everyone has to pay, and after I explained it to her and told her what it was she was OK with it, more or less. "Yes it's exorbitant, and yes you have to pay it. We're a member owned co-op. We have to treat everyone the same. Like crap."
