8:47AM - Back to the Grindstone
Well, the wife and I had a pleasant day yesterday. We went to see Mr. and Mrs. Smith, which I recommend highly. It has a good blend of action and humor, and an intriguing storyline. We also saw a great teaser for the upcoming Fantastic 4 movie, which made the wife want to see it as well. As Peter Griffin would say, freakin' sweet! She also wants to go see The War of the Worlds. Now if I can just get her to want to see Batman Begins, my fanboy vision will be complete (she thinks it'll be too dark in an already dark theater).
After that, we went and played miniature golf, even though it rained on us a little, and had a wonderful time.
Looks like I'm going to be doing some non-sport card reviews for Trading Card News. I'm waiting on samples now. It doesn't pay much, but it should be interesting. I was also blurbed on the back cover of the latest issue of Neo-Opsis. Pretty cool. I've got some other ideas for projects in the works, but I don't want to jinx anything. Stay tuned.
